How to setup Portal Settings
This article will help you to set up the Portal settings under Company Settings

The default quantity rate unit for the 5 activity items can be specified in the Portal Settings. Additionally, placeholders can be utilized to configure the default activity, activity item, and task names
- Navigate to the Web Portal and login
- On the left-hand main menu, select Admin-> Company Settings
- In the Portal Setting section, you have the option to select the suitable units for these 5 activities which are Labour, Plant, Material, Sub Contractor, and Cartage. These default units are then applied in the setup of Activity Items, which is accessible under the Admin-> Activities section
You can also configure the Default Activity Name and Item Name by using the Placeholders available. These values will appear under the
Projects Work Activities Section
Example: If you select Default Activity Name as "Project123 [Activity Name]" and the Activity Name under Admin-> Activities as "ABC." In that case, any work activities added to a Project will display the name "Project123 ABC".
- Click on Save
