Docs not Uploading to CRM


Common causes for forms to not upload to the CRM

Below is a short video that covers common issues that can cause a form to not have been uploaded to the CRM/Web-portal. The common causes are also listed below: 
  1. If the user closes the app before the form has finished uploading it will not appear on the CRM. To check if there are still uploads pending click the gear icon top right of the screen and under the 'Options' section, below language settings it will display if their are still uploads pending. 
  2. The user is out of cellular/wifi range, an upload can fail if the user has an intermittent internet connection when trying to upload, it is always best to make sure that you have a stable internet connection when trying to upload a form.
