How to Create a Jobsheet

Please follow the steps below to Create a Jobsheet
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. Go to Timesheets and Leaves-> Jobsheet
  3. Click on Add New Jobsheet or sign to create a new Jobsheet
  4. Enter the Start Date and End Date of the Jobsheet
  5. Enter any comments if required
  6. Under Task Done, Click on + Add New to add a new task
  7. Select the Project Name
  8. Choose the Staff Member's Name
  9. Choose the Task Name
  10. Enter the Start time and End time for this task. If any break time was taken, specify it. The system will automatically calculate the Labour Hours
  11. Add any necessary Notes
  12. In the "Plant Used" section, choose the project name, Task Name, and select the Asset (Plant or Vehicle Name).

  13. Enter the Start Time and End time of the use of the Plant
    Plant hours will be calculated automatically
  14. Submit to save the Jobsheet
