How to view Supplier Spreadsheet and create a new Supplier

This article will help you to set up the Supplier Spreadsheet

Please follow the below steps to set up the new Supplier Details
  1. Navigate to the 3PM Construction Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Contacts> Contact Settings
  3. The Supplier Spreadsheet can be used to keep track of all your Suppliers and store information.  Click on the Supplier Spreadsheet button.
  4. Click on the + sign to add a new Supplier Details
  5. Enter the Supplier Name and Account Number
  6. Add Supplier Type 
  7. Supplier Arrangements allow functionality based on different arrangements you have with your suppliers. This also filters the cost selection based on the activity types quoting and creating projects.
  8. Enter NZ Business Number
    Note: If the Allow Purchase Orders option is checked, purchase orders will show this supplier name.
  9. Enter the Finance Contact person's full name, Email Address, and Phone number. You can add multiple contact names.   You can enter several contact names. The check mark to the left of the contact Name indicates that this person is the main point of contact for sending invoices and bills.

  10. Enter the Bank Account Number and Name
  11. Select the Default Activity and Activity Item from the dropdown list. Click here to find out How to create Activities
  12. Enter the GST Number and Default Margin Rate Percentage
  13. Submit to save the Supplier
Note: When XERO Integration is enabled then information is controlled by XERO. When you create this Supplier, the information will be updated to XERO and then Locked and you will have to update it from XERO
