How to Setup a Servicing

This article will explain to Setup a Servicing

  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Assets->Servicing
  3. Click on Add New Record or + sign to add Log Service
  4. Choose the Vehicle from the dropdown list
  5. Select the Service taken from the Internal workshop or External
  6. Enter the Date of Service
  7. Service Type can be Scheduled according to Service Plan, Unscheduled for any repair, or WOF/COF service
  8. Enter Odometer, Hubometer, and Engine Hours
  9. Select the name of the staff who performed the service.
  10. Enter Description of work and Fault Description
  11. Submit to Save it
