How to setup Contact Settings

This article will help you to set up the Contact Settings

Please follow the below steps to set up the Contact Settings
  1. Navigate to the 3PM Construction Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Contacts> Contact Settings
  3. Supplier Spreadsheet: The Supplier Spreadsheet can be used to keep track of all your Suppliers and store information. How to create Supplier Spreadsheet
  4. Client Spreadsheet  The Client Spreadsheet can be used to keep track of all your Client and store information. How to create a Client Spreadsheet 
  5. Contact Types The Supplier and Client types are classified using the Contact Type. How to create a new Contact Type
  6. Qualification Types   Click on the Qualification Type button to add a new Qualification Type. How to create a new Qualification Type
  7. Inactive Staff  Click on the Inactive Staff button to view the Inactive/Archived staff members. How to show the Inactive Staff List
  8. General Settings
    Client Prefix: You can add prefix in the beginning of Client Number under Client details
    Staff Prefix: You can add prefix in the beginning of Staff Number under Staff details
    Supplier Prefix: You can add prefix in the beginning of Supplier Number under Supplier details
    Pad with Zeros: The size of these fields can be determined by using the pad with zero option
