How to Setup Timesheet General Settings

Please follow the steps below to configure Timesheet General Settings
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Timesheet-> Timesheet Settings
  3. Number of Approvals Required for Timesshet, Jobsheet, and Leave: You can choose up to 3 people to approve the Timesheet, Jobsheet and Leave forms. Some organizations may require multiple levels of approval for timesheets, such as a supervisor, a project manager, and a finance department. Other organizations may only require a single level of approval.
    In the "Number of Approvals" section, if you do not select any option from 0 to 3, it will be treated as 0 approvals. This means that the timesheet will be approved automatically once it is submitted. In this case, no additional approval is required.
  4. The default supervisor can be either the Project Supervisor or the Staff Supervisor. When adding a timesheet or Jobsheet, the Supervisor field will display a list of staff roles based on the choice you made here. If you selected Project Supervisor, the list will show Project Supervisor Staff Roles, and if you selected Staff Supervisor, it will display Staff Supervisor Staff Role  Members.

  5. Allow Time Allocation to Project Types: It provides you with the ability to include Project Types such as Project, Day Works, and Variations. Once creating a new Timesheet under the Timesheet and Leave section, you will be presented with these Project Types as options to select from when specifying the Type.
  6. Default Task Start and End Values: There are 3 options for Default task start and End time
    Empty: There will be no start time and End time displayed while adding a new Task
    Default: The Default Start and End Time will be displayed while assigning a new task
    Dynamic: The start and end times of a task will be adjusted based on the schedule of the preceding task automatically.
  7. Allow Supervisor to Be Changed: Enabling this option allows you to change the supervisor when editing a timesheet or Jobsheet. On the other hand, if this option is disabled, the supervisor field will be locked and uneditable when editing the timesheet or Jobsheet.
  8. Choose Export Options as Accredo
  9. Click on Update Setting to Save
