Service Plan Status and Color Coding Guidelines

Status Update Criteria

The status of a service plan will automatically update to "Upcoming" if the schedule for the upcoming service plan is recurring.

Color Coding Based on Unit Measurement

The color of the status indicator is determined by the type of unit measurement used. The following guidelines outline how service values are color-coded for different measurement types:


Odometer (Odo) / Hubometer (Hubo) Measurements

  • Yellow Status: The service value indicator will turn yellow when the remaining service value is below 1000 units.
  • Red Status: The service value indicator will turn red when the remaining service value is below 500 units.

Hours Measurements

  • Yellow Status: The service value indicator will turn yellow when the remaining service value is below 50 hours.
  • Red Status: The service value indicator will turn red when the remaining service value is below 25 hours.

Days Measurements

  • Yellow Status: The service value indicator will turn yellow when the remaining service value is below 14 days.
  • Red Status: The service value indicator will turn red when the remaining service value is below 7 days.

Months Measurements

  • Yellow Status: The service value indicator will turn yellow when the remaining service value is below 2 months.
  • Red Status: The service value indicator will turn red when the remaining service value is below 1 month.
