How to View Timesheet and Leave Period Summary

Follow the steps below to View Timesheet and Leave Period Summery
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. Go to Timesheets and Leaves-> Timesheets
  3. Click on View Period Summery
  4. In the Timesheet view, you will have access to the hours logged by all staff members and their scheduled leaves
  5. Email This Period Summery to me: This option will email to the logged in user a summary of the Timesheet Period, which includes staff names, roles, total hours worked, and total leave hours, among other details
  6. Period: You can choose between two periods -the current week or the previous week, to generate a summary
  7. There are options to Print the summary directly or generate a PDF document for your records.
