Why can't I see my Assets in Timesheets, Jobsheets or Load Dockets
There are several reasons why the Assets in Timesheets, Jobsheets or Load Dockets may not appear in the dropdown list. Below are some possible explanations and the corresponding steps to address them:
- Ensure Hour Tracking is allowed for Plants
a) Navigate to Assets-> Plants and enable Allow Hour Tracking under Finance Information
- Check if Asset Class is activated for Is Used for Cartage feature.
a) Navigate to Assets -> Asset Settings
b) Click on Update Asset Classes button
c) Find the entry and click on the three dots, then select the "Edit" button for the Asset Classes
d) Enable the "Is Used for Cartage" option
e) Update to Save - Verify Plant and Truck Types
a) Check that the Plant is Type Plant and Trucks are Type "Vehicle
b) Navigate to Assets -> Asset Settings
c) Select Asset Spreadsheet
d) Check the Asset Number and modify the Asset Type if needed, then click on Save
- Check if the Asset is Active
Navigate to Assets>Vehicles to view all the Active Vehicles
Navigate to Assets->Plants to view all the Active Plants
