Adding Attendees to a Toolbox Talk

You will learn how to add attendees to a toolbox talk using the 3PM mobile application.

Watch this quick video to see how it's done.

1. Swipe right on the meeting you wish to add attendees to and tap View Toolbox Document and review the toolbox talk


2. Tap Close in the top left hand corner.


3. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the meeting you wish to add attendees to.


3. Tap Add Attendees
 

4. Tap in the section you wish to add attendees and select the person from the bottom panel

5. Tap the toggle "Ready to Sign?" and have each attendee sign the form with their finger on the signature panel that will open when you tap their name..
   

6. You can now view the attendees by viewing the Toolbox talk
