Filling a form on the mobile app
In this module, you will learn how to create a form with fields, see how the mobile users will use the form and how to review the responses.
Accessing the form on a mobile device
1. Launch the 3PM app
2. Select My Forms from the homescreen
3. Find the form you wish to use and tap it
4. You will now see all your previous submissions, if any, of the form. Select the 
icon at the top to start a new form
Note: fields with an Asterix are required fields. The form will not submit if you do not complete the marked required fields.
5. When completed entering the details in the form, select the Submit button at the bottom.
