How to create a Client

It's important to note that if the Xero Integration is enabled under Company Settings, the Clients list will be automatically updated from Xero

Please follow the below steps to create a new Client
  1. Navigate to the 3PM Construction Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Contacts> Client
  3. Otherwise Search the Client name or the NZBN Number then click on Add Client or click on the  + sign to add a new Client
  4. Enter the Account Number, Client Name, NZBN (NZ Business Number), Email Address, Phone Number, and Address
  5. Choose the Type of client from the dropdown list. Click here to find out how to create a Contact Type
  6. Enter the Bank Account Number and Bank Account Name under the Financial Information
  7. Select the Default Activity from the dropdown list. Click here to find out How to create Activities
  8. Enter the GST Number 
  9. Click on the + Add New button to enter the Financial Contact person's full name, Email Address, Phone number, and Role/ Position of the person. 
  10. Click on + Add New button to enter the client's Site Names, Address, Site Contact and Induction Health and Safety Checklist. Site Number populates automatically from the Site Prefix setting under Project Settings Page
  11. You can add a new Site Contact by clicking the + Add New Contact button, which will open a window for you to fill out the details.
  12. Submit to Save it


    Induction Health and Safety Checklist area is related to the Site Specific Induction form under HSQE> Site Specific Inductions.  You may require to add the Site Specific Induction checklist items under Induction Health and Safety Checklists
