How to View Project Planner

Follow the steps below to view Project Planner

Project Planner represents a graphical representation of activity and tasks against time. It helps project professionals monitor progress and assist in the planning and scheduling of projects
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Projects-> Planner
  3. Select "All Projects" from the planner dropdown list or choose a specific project name. By default, "All Projects" is selected in the planner dropdown list
  4. You should be able to check all the tasks and edit the timeline of a particular task in the schedule
  5. To Edit the TImeline of a task drag the Timeline bar to the Left or right



  6. To preserve your changes, click on the save button. Alternatively, if you wish to discard them, select the discard option
Year, Month, Week, Day, or Hour Planner  Views are available
