How to Manage Project Task

Follow the steps below to Manage Project Task
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Projects-> Projects
  3. Click on the Task button to create tasks for the project
  4. Under Job Task, you can add the tasks list for tracking and Timesheet or Jobsheet
  5. Choose Project Work Activity from the dropdown list
  6. If the task requires labour, select the Labour activity. If it requires Plants, select the Plant activity. And if it involves the transportation of materials, select the Cartage activity



  7. Enabling the 'Hidden' option should conceal the task from both the Timesheet and Jobsheet
  8. Click on Update to save
