Why is it that when I log leave hours, it automatically load 12 hours per day?
To troubleshoot this issue, follow these steps:
Check the default Time Settings within Employment Contracts.
- Verify the employment contract assigned to the staff member by going to Staff -> Staff
- Navigate to Staff -> Employment Contracts
- Review the entries for Default Start Time and Default End Time
- To make changes, click on "Edit" for the Employment Contract Entry
- Adjust the time settings as needed
- Update and save the changes
