How to Setup Communication Settings

This article will help you to set up the Communication Settings under Company Settings
Please follow the below steps to set up the Communication Settings
  1. Navigate to the 3PM Construction Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Admin> Company Settings
  3. When you send a text to staff from the staff report, their response will be sent as an email to the person you specify in the settings.
  4. Go to Staff then click on the radio box on the left side of the staff name. You can select multiple staff at once and then click on Send SMS button on top. 
  5. It will open up a Send SMS Dialogue window, then write the text and click on Send SMS button
  6. Staff can reply to the received text message from their phone and their response will be sent to the person you specify in the settings as an email.
