How to Setup Communication Settings

This article will help you to set up the Communication Settings under Company SettingsWhen you send a text to staff from the staff report, their response will be sent as an email to the person you specify in the settings.

Setting Up Communication Settings

On the left-hand main menu, select Admin> Company Settings
Scroll down to Communication Settings select the staff member that will receive the email responses from SMS texts that are sent. 


To send an SMS Text:

Go to Resources on the left navigation menu. Select Staff
You can select all staff by selecting the tick box at the top of the far left column (to the right of the eye). Or you can select single or multiple staff by ticking the tick box to the left of the name that appears when you hover over the name of the staff member. 
A Send SMS Dialogue window, write your message and click Send SMS 
Staff can reply to the received text message from their phone as they would any other text and their response will be sent to the person you specify in the settings as an email.
