How to Assign Staff to Project

Follow the steps below to Assign Staff to a Project
When staff members are assigned to a project, they are able to access and view the project details and associated tasks. This enables them to select the appropriate project and task when filling out their timesheets
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Projects-> Projects
  3. ☑️ Tick mark the project checkbox from the Project list
  4. Click on Assign Staff 


  5. Enter the Staff Name
  6. Click on the Assign Staff
  7. Otherwise, under Edit Project (while creating a new Project or once completed then click on Edit Project), go to Team and H&S information
  8. If you want to Assign all the staff members then enable the Assign All Staff option, otherwise Add staff members name unser Assigned Staff
  9. Click on the Save or Update button
