How to Create Plant Hours

Plant Hours are generated when the Timesheet and Jobsheet create the Payroll Hours. To activate this feature, ensure that in the Timesheet Settings > Timesheet and Jobsheet Operation Settings, the Timesheet Hours Plan is set to "Task Entries Create Payroll Hours" and Plant Allpcatipn Plan is set to "Allocate Plant Per Task /jobEntry". If the Task Entries are separate from Payroll hours and Plant Hours are Separate from Task entries then you need to create Plant Hours manually.

Alternatively, to create a Plant Hour entry manually, follow these steps:
- Go to Timesheets and Leaves-> Plant Hours
- Click on "Add New Plant Hour" or the "+" sign to create a Plant Hour entry.
- Choose the Project Name.
- Choose Plant
- Select the Activity and Activity Item.
- Enter the Start and End Time.
- Provide the Total Plant Cost (the amount paid by an employer to cover Plant cost).
- Enter the Total Plant Price (the direct and indirect price that a company pays for a Plant usage).
- Click Submit to save the entry.
