How to Setup Custom Instructions for Timesheet, Jobsheet and Leave Request

Custom Instruction refer to specialized instructions that can be added into Timesheet, Jobsheet and Leave Request to specify a set of rules or process 

Follow the below steps to setup Custom Instructions
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Timesheet-> Timesheet Settings
  3. Go to Customer Instructions
  4. Timesheet Instructions: Timesheet instructions will be added into Timesheet From and will be shown while creating a new Timesheet.
  5. Jobsheet Instructions: Jobsheet instructions will be added into Jobsheet From and will be shown while creating a new Jobsheet .
  6. Leave Request Instructions: Leave Request instructions will be added into Leave From and will be shown while creating a new Leave Request
  7. Update Settings to Save
