How to Setup Leave Request Settings
Follow the below steps to setup Leave Request
- Navigate to the Web Portal and login
- On the left-hand main menu, select Timesheet-> Timesheet Settings
- Leave Notification: When an employee creates a Leave Request, an email notification will be sent to the authorized person responsible for approving the Leave. The selection of the authorized person can be based on either their Role or specific Staff members
- Notify To: This field is associated with the Leave Notification feature. When the Leave Notification is configured to be based on roles, it will display all the roles within the organization. Otherwise, it will show the names of all staff members.
- ☑️ Create Timesheet Entry for Approved Leave: Enabling this option will add the Leave request form to the Timesheet interface once the leave request is approved. When an employee's leave request is approved, a corresponding Timesheet entry will be automatically generated based on the approved leave dates and duration.
- Click on Update Settings to Save
