How to Setup Dayworks
This article explains to setup the Dayworks
Dayworks is a way for contractors to track work each day that has been requested from a client to perform work that is outside of what has been quoted. The Dayworks form is to be filled out by the field workers, so work being completed each day can be tracked, sent and signed off by the client each day to then be invoiced or claimed as a variation to the project.
- Enter the Name of the Dayworks
- Choose Project Name
- Choose Client Name
- Choose Client Contact
- Enter Phone Number and Email Address if not populated automatically
- Enter the DayWork Description
- Choose Project work and enter Quantity under Work Activity
- Rate and Unit will be populated automatically but can be altered as well
- Submit to Save
