Introduction to Form Builder - Navigation


  1. Getting Started with the 3PM Form Builder

Accessing the Form Builder:

  • Step-by-Step Access Instructions:
    • Step 1: Log into the 3PM platform using your credentials (username/password).
    • Step 2: From the navigation menu on the left side, click on "Forms".

You’ll be directed to the Form Builder homepage, where you can create new forms, edit existing ones, manage form templates and provide smart reporting from the responses to each form.

  1. Understanding the User Interface

Overview of the Form Builder:

  • The top tabs display an overview of your active forms, including a list of all forms you’ve created and published (Published Forms) or have access to.
                  
  • Below the main tab of each section is a smaller row of two tabs where you can view the name of the form and the number of forms associated with that named form. In the middle section you can see the status of each completed form (e.g. Closed, Submitted, and Awaiting Action).
                  
  • Also at the top, there is – Published Forms, Form Builder, and My Actions. These options are where you build your forms, access published forms and see the actions you have been assigned.
                  
  • A Search option, filter option and export option at the top right allows you to quickly filter and sort to find a specific form by name, project, submitter, status and section and gives the opportunity to export the form responses.
                  
  • Column Sorting options allow you to sort the columns to create a personalised view of the data.
