2. Click in the "Field label" field and give the field name.
3. Add the options you want available in the drop down.
Note: the user will able to choose multiple items from the drop down list.
(Copy and paste the Title into the Value field. The Value field is used for reporting while the Title field is used to name the field in the form.)
You can add several options by selecting the Add Options button
4. Click on "Save and Preview"
5. Test your form by clicking in the field you created and selecting multiple items from the drop down
