How to Integrate Timesheet with Xero

Follow the steps below to integrate the Timesheet with Xero
  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Admin->Company Settings

  5. We can use weekly / Fortnightly or Monthly payroll calendar under the Staff
  6. If a staff member is added using a weekly payroll calendar (for example, from August 7th to August 13th), their timesheet updates will function as follows:
    a) If an individual opts for a weekly timesheet and selects the timesheet dates of August 7th to August 13th, the payroll update will affect the previous week's timesheets, encompassing July 31st to August 6th.
    b) For those who choose a monthly timesheet and designate the dates as August 1st to August 31st, the payroll update will encompass the month preceding that range, specifically the timesheets from July 1st to July 31st.
  7. Timesheets must encompass hours ranging from more than 0 to less than 24
  8. For data to be saved within the timesheet, both the current period's (weekly or monthly) and the previous period's (weekly or monthly) payroll calendars are required.
  9. Only approved timesheets can be created within Xero.
  10. Clicking on the "Sync Xero" function allows you to add timesheets.
  11. After successfully creating timesheets, you will find the Xero ID within the details report.
