How to Setup Payroll Settings

Follow the below steps to setup Payroll Settings

  1. Navigate to the Web Portal and login
  2. On the left-hand main menu, select Timesheet-> Timesheet Settings
  3. Go to Payroll Settings

  4. Payroll Frequency: Payroll frequency refers to the time interval at which employees are paid their wages or salaries. You can choose the frequency from Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly
  5. Start Day for Payroll: This option indicates the start of each payroll period, if this is set to Monday then the payroll will start and reset every Monday of the week
  6. Add Holidays into Timesheets:  When you enable the "Add Holidays into Timesheets" option, it will incorporate stat days into the Timesheet of a Staff
  7. Click on Update Settings to Save
